How much does it cost to advertise my villa?
The standard rate for 12 months is £99 + VAT . (VAT is subject to status and country of business address.)
 
Is there a minimum time to advertise my villa?
Yes, the contract is for a minimum of 12 months from date of entry.
 
Can I add photos from JPEG or PDF
All images must be in JPG format and will be resized automatically by the software to ensure that everyone has equal representation.
 
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, payment is made by credit card using the secure payment services of PayPal. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to make payment.
 
Will I get a vat receipt?
Yes. Where relevant if VAT is applied.
 
Can I add more than one villa?
Yes you can add as many villas as you wish to pay for. Each advert/page and charge is for one individual vacation home.
 
Is there a discount for multiple adverts?

Do you have contacts that do virtual Tours or Web Pages?

Do you use all major search engines?
Yes. Yahoo.co.uk, Yahoo.com, Google.com, Askjeeves.com
 
Will the enquiries come to me direct?
Yes the enquiry will be sent directly to you as soon as the person sends the email, we do not act as a third party and do not receive copies of any correspondence.
 
How many photos can I add?
10 photos can be added to the site without any additional charges.
 
2. Renters
    
How do I contact an owner?
Direct at the end of each advert you can email them with your enquiry.
 
Is the payment method secure
The owner will request payment direct. Make sure you ask for a receipt and most owners will use World Pay or Paypal which are secure methods of payment. You will NOT pay WorldClassVillas for any home rental.
 
Is the house on the web site a true representation of what we will get when we arrive?
We ask all owners to ensure their listings are up to date with new photos and virtual tours. Please ask all questions to the owner direct. If we find there are huge discrepancies between what is advertised on our site and what a renter receives we will remove the listing if this is unfair representation.
 
Can we check in early or out late?
This is entirely at the discretion of the home owner, please make these requests direct.
 
Are there discounts for different times of the year or last minute bookings?
This is entirely at the discretion of the home owner, please make these requests direct. Many offer last minute deals and special offers.
 
How do I know I will pay my money and arrive to the house I have chosen?
We do not anticipate this happening as most home owners are genuine and want to do well advertising their homes. They will make every effort to make your stay comfortable. We have all details on file of every advertiser, where there is an unlawful breach of contract and any theft of monies, the police may well get involved and these details may be subject to the police concerns.
 
How will I get directions to the home and get the keys?
Most home owners will have a management company who will either be there to greet you or will arrange for a pick up station for your keys. Other owners have a numbered security box where you will pick up the keys at the front door with the access code. Other homes will have an access code with no keys. The owner will give all information to you before your arrival. Please ask for this information at least 48 hours before you depart from your home country.
 
What if something goes wrong when we are at the house?
Most home owners will have a management company who will look after you when you are staying at the home. There will be contact details for them 24 hours a day in an emergency. All homes should have a local emergency number on the wall near the telephone, as this is different for different countries. E.g. 999 in UK, 911 in US Please ask the owner before you arrive.
 
Can I organise my flights before I make the booking.
We would recommend you make an enquiry with the home owner and suggest a 24 hour hold on the property while you secure the flights. Otherwise there may be multiple enquiries for the same house and you may be disappointed to learn the house is gone for your scheduled time. Most of the best homes have multiple enquiries.
 
If there are special discounts and deals, does this mean the home is not good?
There are many reasons for special deals with holiday homes, as there is with any Special offers on any vacation. Luck has a part to play. You may have contacted them during a promotion time or caught them with a cancellation. However, beware or deals which seem too good to be true, sometimes they are! As with anything you quite often get what you pay for. There are many types of homes from basic accommodation which will be clean with standard furniture packages and meet your basic needs, then you can go to the luxurious end of the market where the homes are opulent and new or newly furnished, they may have additional features, games rooms, beautiful locations or massive space. Please direct all questions of this nature to the home owner direct.
