Athina Luxury Villas is a beautiful property, consisting of three independent luxury villas, built on the highest point of Ksamoudochori, a small traditional village just 3km south of the neareast sandy beach of Maleme, in Chania, on the Island of Crete. Each villa accommodates up to 4, 5 or 7 persons and have been also greatly appreciated by honeymooners who cherish the absolute relaxation and luxurious atmosphere.
The villas are overlooking the vineyards and olive groves that prevail in the area as well as the endless Mediterranean ocean. They are situated just 7km west of Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense life and many tourist activities. The beautiful city of Chania with its famous Venetian Harbour lies just 19km east of the villas, while the Airport of Chania (CHQ) is just 32 km north-east of the villas.
Eeach villa has its own private pool, it is beautifully decorated, with many luxurious details and exceptional taste. It has an underground garage and really spacious halls so as to enjoy a cosy vacation as if in your own home. Each maisonette features many modern amenities as well as quite comfortable facilities and it is the only self-catering property in the area of Chania that has been designed as a 5-star hotel suite, offering daily maid service, room service as well as massage sessions. An impressive marble hammam is also available for aromatherapy sessions.
The villas are fully equipped with all modern amenities and are exceptionally decorated so as to create a unique homely atmosphere. They are open throughout the year as they are centrally heated and fully air-conditioned, featuring beautiful stone fireplaces.
All weekly rates are tax inclusive and include daily maid service and daily change of linen and towels.
50 deposit is required for confirmation of all reservations. Upon receipt of payment, a receipt accompanied by an official confirmation letter are sent to the renter along with maps and brochures.
Remaining 50 is settled on departure either in cash or by credit card.
Full refund applies for cancellations made at least two months prior to arrival.
The villas are located just 4km south of the nearest sandy beach of Maleme with its many restaurants and convenience stores. The famous tourist resort of Platanias with its many entertainment options is just 7km to the east making it an ideal destination for those who wish to get a taste of the Greek traditional cuisine as well as intense night life.
The nearest village of Maleme lies 4km north of the villas, while the beautiful city of Chania with its picturesque Venetian Harbour lies at a distance of 19km. Chania is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, often called "Venice of the East" due to its many influences from the Venetian Rule. The city itself is a living museum and while walking in the Harbour you will have the opportunity to admire the ruins of Ancient Kydonia, the Minoan city which was discovered under Chania.
