This beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is a brand new bathroom featuring a bath and shower.
There is a lovely, huge private terrace with sun loungers and bordered with shrubs and plants. There is a sunny living room complete with leather sofas and luxurious furnishings, satellite TV inc. all BBC, ITV sports channals etc, DVD player and film selection, stereo, fans, safe, washing machine. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen, inc. kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge freezer etc. Air con not normally necessary but can be provided. Cots available, and a selection of books for you use. This apartment is ideal for wheelchair users as it is ground floor and has easy access to the promenade and complex facilities. There is a ramp for accessibility. Also ideal for babies and toddlers because of the large terrace and lockable gate. And is only a few yards from the beach, seafront and promenade. The owner lives in Tenerife and provides a meet and greet service, and 24hr call out.

Definately the most popular resort in south Tenerife and deservedly so, this complex has the largest swimming pool in Tenerife and a heated pool set amoungst beautifully landscaped gardens and sun decks. With a stunning white sand beach only a few metres away with swimming all year and located along a pretty promenade halfway between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. There is a large supermarket on site, fabulous restaurants, bars, pool bars, cafes and an arcade of duty free and designer shops. The resort Parque Santiago has a huge choice of quality restaurants and is close to all the top entertainment venues. With its modern design and 24hr security it really is the ideal holiday destination.
