    Local Amenities
    Sglien is only 5 minutes away or 10 minute stroll. The central square is home to a large historic church, tasty creperie, English shop/boulangerie and a local bar which also sells provisions and bread.
    The pretty market town of Gumen with several restaurants, two supermarkets and fantastic deli plus plenty of bars and all other amenities is 10 minutes by car. Lac Guerledan which is surrounded by beautiful forests is only 15 minutes. The Lake has sandy beaches safe for bathing and is perfect for boating, fishing, walking and of course picnics.
    The mediaeval town of Pontivy is 20 minutes drive away with it's 15th century chateau and old town with narrow winding streets. The new town, designed by Napoleon has a wide range of shops, cafes and restaurants and is home to a weekly Monday market.
