Situated in Fuerteventura's only golf resort, this lovely 3 x bedroom villa is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The view from the master bedroom balcony of the golf course, and further out to sea, is stunning. This is where we have our morning coffee and croissants, available from the instore baker in the local shopping centre. The golf course was host to the Spanish Open in 2004 but if golf isn't your thing, than why not try cocktails on the veranda at the 5 star golf hotel / club just a 10 minute walk from our house. The shopping centre is also home to a range of designer boutiques, hair dressing salon, multiplex cinema and several really good restaurants. The nearest beach is about a 15 or 20 minute walk away from out house and is really, really safe for kids. You can hire paddle boats and canoes here and so keep them entertained whilst you concentate on your tan. Further up the coast, you can be a bit more adventurous and try windsurfing. Fuerteventura is now known as the 'windsurfing capital of the world'. The further up the coast you go, the nicer and more deserted the beaches are with amazing torqoise coloured water and white powdery sand. Well worth a visit.
The communal pools are about 15 paces from our villa and are for the private use of the residents and guests of La Colina. There is one very large one for adults and a smaller one for kids. Our house has all the comforts of home with including washing machine, diswasher,, electric kettle, TV, DVD, Barbeque, blackout curtains, hairdryer, fans in all bedrooms.

Lot sof watersports are available in the marina area at Caleta, windsurf tuition, pedalo hire, jetski hire, even deep sea diving tuitioin.!
