Amenities: This four bedroom penthouse comes equipped with a swimming pool on the balcony, secure garage, 24 hour street patrol guards, electronic safety box, internet access, landline telephone, large screen cable television in the living room and two of the bedrooms, and music system. Two of the bedrooms have a veranda and an en-suite bathroom. Large fully equipped kitchen and dining room ensures cooking for a large group is a pleasure.
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 30 percent of the rental value is needed for to confirm your booking.
Minimum rental period is 7 nights. In certain circumstances we can rent a property for a less period, please enquire with us.
Cleaning not included. (If you would like to have someone to clean your apartment, we can offer you this from US$ 20 - US$35, dependent on the size of the apartment).
We can also offer you a monthly rental discount, there can be other discounts also depending on the period (after 14 nights in some cases depending on the owner and period of the year). For rentals in excess of 1 month, the utility bills must always be paid (electricity & gas).
At Rioapartments, we offer our clients an airport pick up service, either via a chauffeur driven car or minibus, straight to the apartment or to our office, for a fixed price. US$40.00 for a car, US$50.00 for a minibus.
