Townhouse situated on a beautiful landscaped complex called Paradise Gardens 3. It has a communal swimming pool and a toddlers pool. There are sun loungers and showers and only people residing on the complex may use the pool so providing security and privacy.
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms fitted with wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and have a balcony. There is a bathroom with shower attached. All towels and bed linen are provided. Maid service is provided but can be arranged in order to have that on a frequent basis.
Downstairs you have a fully fitted kitchen (cooker/oven/hob, f/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron & ironing board,washing machine, pots & pans, cutlery , utensils and a range of plates and saucers and dishes. Cleaning agents are provided. There is a downstairs WC. The lounge is open plan and has a dining table and chairs, settee(opens upto a sofabed), 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV and DVD player. This then leads out to the patio area which overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It has crazy paving and table and chairs. All floors are tiled and there is air conditioning.
A welcome pack is provided on your arrival(tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water, bread, biscuits, butter and jam).
Our resident representatives Peter & Shirley Cnaham are there if you require any help or information and will come and visit you once you have arrived to ensure everything is in place.
The Paphos airport is 15 minutes away from the complex. A 10 minute walk takes you to the beach, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, launderette, harbour and some of the archaelogical sites.
January, February, March, December = 85 per week per person for upto 3 people; for 4 or more it is 280 per week only.
April, November = 105 per week per person for upto 3 people; for 4 or more it is 320 per week only.
May, June, July August, September, October = 125 per perosn per week for upto 3 people; for 4 or more it is 420 per week only.
There are local buses and taxis available on the seafront and on all adjacent streets. You can hire a car if you wish which can be arranged by the seafront.
In the centre of Paphos you have the markets, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and museums. Nearby is the archelogical sites eg Tombs of the Kings, harbour and its castle, the marina, seafood shops and restaurants. On the seafront you can paraglide, take boat rides and jet ski.
A short ride away from the seafront are the Troodos mountains, Aphrodites birthplace, golf courses and waterparks plus many other excursions you can do(dependin gon how much time you have!). There are plenty of vineyards that provide wine sampling and plenty of countryside providing citrus groves and banana plantations.
Visits into the villages and the mountains and boat rides and cruises to Egypt can be arranged by the many visitor shops that are lined on the seafront.
Just off the seafront there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and some bars that provide the nightlife which is not rowdy or noisy.
